About
I work with leadership teams that need senior HR strategy & transformation expertise without a full-time hire. Most of my clients have between 80 and 800 people and are at a point where what got them here has stopped working.
A typical engagement starts with a two-week diagnostic, then a plan we agree together and two or three days a week of hands-on delivery. I build the processes and capability your team needs to carry on without me, and I am comfortable working directly with founders, CFOs and boards.
I know Irish employment law, Workplace Relations Commission procedure and the Code of Practice on requests for remote and flexible work well and have led this work through growth, restructuring and change.
