I founded and edit Future of Work Insider, where I report on how AI and digital change are reshaping jobs, teams and bargaining power. I now bring that reporting inside organisations: helping leadership teams work out what AI will really change in their roles and workflows, where to start, and how to bring their people with them.
Before that I was Head of Marketing at mewe, the privacy-first social network with more than 20 million users in over 200 countries, where growth had to come without ad targeting or feed manipulation. I have stayed close to emerging technology since: I founded the Metaverse Tourism Association and helped The Blockchain Academy run the world’s first simulated crypto trading competition.
I write for Euronews, CoinTelegraph and CryptoSlate, and hold a master’s in international tourism. I work fractionally, on defined projects or as an adviser.
